First Exercise: The Plank
This exercise is great for burning off your love handles because it targets both the abs and back.
The best part about this exercise is that you don’t need any equipment to do it.
To do this exercise, start off lying on the ground face-down.
Then place both forearms under your shoulders with your fingers facing forward.
Next, lift yourself up by pushing down into the ground using only your forearms.
You should be in a straight line from your shoulders to ankles, and make sure you don’t let your hips drop!
Hold this position for as long as possible while making sure not to hold your breath.
Second Exercise: Bicycle Crunch
A bicycle crunch is a great exercise to tighten your stomach muscles and burn off your love handles.
Start off by laying on your back with both hands behind your head, then lift up into a crunch position while bringing one knee in towards the opposite shoulder as if doing a bicycle pedal motion.
The other leg should be extended straight out.
Try to alternate legs while bringing your knees in towards your chest for about 30 seconds.
Repeat this exercise for a total of about three sets.
Third Exercise: Squats
Squats exercise is an excellent way to burn off those love handles, and you can do it anywhere, anytime!
To start the Squatting position, you need to stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Next, make sure that as you sit back into a squat position, you keep your knees behind your toes – don’t let them extend in front of you!
It’s also important that your back is straight up and down, not hunched over.
Then stand right back up by pushing off with the balls of your feet while squeezing those glutes.
Keep doing this for about 30 seconds at a time to get great results.
Repeat this exercise about three times to keep your love handles targeted.

Fourth Exercise: Crab Toe Touches
This exercise is similar to the bicycle crunch, but it’s a little more difficult.
Start off by laying on your back with both hands behind your head and lifting up into a crunch position while bringing one knee in towards the opposite shoulder as if doing a bicycle pedal motion.
Then extend that same leg out so you are balancing yourself on just your toes.
Then bring your knee in again while keeping that leg extended for about 30 seconds at a time, doing three sets total.
Repeat this exercise about five to six times, but if you are having trouble balancing yourself on your toes for this set, then move to something more stable like a chair.
Fifth Exercise: Tricep Dips on the Chair
Tricep dips on the chair exercise is an excellent way to tone the arms and also work on love handles.
This exercise can be done by anyone, regardless of their fitness level.
To do this exercise:
Start off by sitting on the edge of a chair with both hands palm-down on either side.
Next, place your fingertips behind you and slide yourself off the chair, but make sure you keep your body in an L shape with knees bent at 90 degrees!
Then lower yourself down towards the ground by bending at those elbows until your arms are completely straightened out.
Push yourself back up by using those triceps and repeat this for about 30 seconds at a time to get the best results.
Repeat this exercise for a total of three sets.
Sixth Exercise: Mountain climbers
Mountain climbers’ exercise is a perfect way to burn off those love handles because it’s not only good for your abdominals but also strengthens the lower back.
To get started, you need to start in a push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart and then lift one foot up towards your chest while keeping that leg bent.
Then switch legs and continue doing this motion for about 30 seconds at a time.
Repeat this exercise for about five rounds, and you’re sure to feel the burn.
