Dehydration occurs when more extra water and fluids leave your body than you take in. Even low levels of dehydration can obstruct your brain, liver, stomach, kidneys, and heart functions.

2. Eat more fruits and vegetables that have high water content

Bananas are good fruit that you can consume to manage dehydration. Dehydration causes the loss of minerals, such as potassium. Bananas are rich in potassium, so they can help restore potassium in your body. Eat one or two bananas during the day.

4. Baking soda and salt (Oral rehydration solution)

This oral rehydration solution is an excellent remedy for revitalizing anyone experiencing dehydration and restoring lost electrolytes. Mix baking soda and salt to create a do-it-yourself oral rehydration solution. Just boil one liter of water and cool it down before adding half a teaspoon of baking soda, a teaspoon of salt, including two teaspoons of sugar. Mix the solution thoroughly and drink several times a day.  

5. Eat yogurt

Yogurt is one of the most hydrating foods you can consume. It is a good source of natural electrolytes. Furthermore, it probiotics help soothes your stomach, and it provides your several vitamins and minerals, such as phosphorus, potassium, and calcium, that may boost your health.

Consume a cup of yogurt several times a day.  

6. Drink coconut water
